Fixing Imbalance: Shape / Spirit / Stance
Shape (visible tweaks)
- Short Upper → lighten heavy bangs; open the forehead a bit.
- Long Upper → lower bangs/hat line to soften vertical height.
- Brow presses on eyes → groom into a soft arc.
- Weak Lower → subtle beard/shading to emphasize the chin line.
- Need “execution vibe” → crisp shoulders, structured fabrics, thin metal frames.
Spirit (energy & eyes)
- Sleep first.
- Twice a day, 2-minute far-focus (pick a distant point and breathe).
- Face release: lift brows on inhale, relax on exhale; unclench masseter/neck, 2 minutes.
- Before important talks: 3 rounds of box breathing.
Stance (posture & pacing)
- Lift the sternum ~1 cm, shoulders drop naturally; camera at eye level.
- Let sentences land (end down), fewer up-talk endings.
- Daily rhythm in three blocks: morning learn (Upper) → afternoon do (Middle) → evening wrap (Lower).
