Three Courts × Job Style: Quick Patterns (Not verdicts!)
These are tendencies for self-tuning and team fit. Never use them for hiring or discrimination.
Product Manager (PM)
Typical: Upper ≈ Middle; tidy brows, straight nose; cheekbones not too prominent.
Strengths: turns ideas into shipped things; cross-team comms.
Pitfalls: over-thinking with weak push; or short-term shipping with weak long-term design.
Fixes: quarterly method write-ups (Upper); weekly user interviews + data day (Middle); public roadmap to show follow-through (Lower).
Sales / BD
Typical: strong Middle + Lower; full alar wings, clear nasolabial lines.
Strengths: pace, resilience.
Pitfalls: thin strategy, slow exploration.
Fixes: monthly industry deep-dives + competitor teardowns (Upper); ritualized post-mortems (Middle); a recovery day on the calendar (Lower).
Research / Engineering
Typical: strong Upper, reserved cheekbones; Lower often weaker (sitting, sleep).
Strengths: depth, focus, problem solving.
Pitfalls: weak cross-team messaging; health debt.
Fixes: milestoned deliveries (Middle); writing/speaking practice so knowledge ships; sleep + strength training as hard rules (Lower).
